Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Reliance Retail UK. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements, aligned with brand guidelines.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Designing graphics and layouts
- Developing logos and branding materials
- Selecting and refining typography
- Preparing assets optimized for web and mobile use
The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The Graphic Designer will also assist in building and updating design templates, style guides, and asset libraries to support ongoing campaigns and new brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and brand-focused work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve visual identities across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility for digital and print assets.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and user-centered design principles.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing for e-commerce or retail brands is beneficial but not required.
