Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in United Kingdom.

This role sits within a monetisation-focused design team, creating high-quality visual assets that support product growth and experimentation. You will produce graphics for paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and app store experiences. Working closely with a senior designer and product marketing team, you will build within an established design system and visual language. The position is production-focused, making it an excellent opportunity for a junior designer looking to develop practical experience in growth and monetisation. Your work will contribute directly to A/B testing, customer engagement, and key product performance metrics. You will receive regular feedback from experienced design leadership while working across a diverse range of creative formats. This is a strong opportunity to develop your craft in a global, remote environment that embraces experimentation and AI-powered creative tools.

Accountabilities

  • Create high-quality graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, promotional banners, and related product visuals.
  • Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics while maintaining consistency with the established visual style and design system.
  • Design banners and visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare screenshots and promotional assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates, adaptations, and localised versions.
  • Adapt existing creative assets across multiple formats, dimensions, and A/B testing variations.
  • Create Lottie animations for use within monetisation funnels and product experiences.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all monetisation-related materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior designer and product marketing stakeholders to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
  • Iterate efficiently on designs while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
  • Keep source files organised and follow established naming, file management, and handoff guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing visual assets and contribute ideas that enhance the effectiveness of creative materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
