Reporting To: PD & Design Manager
We’re looking for a highly creative and commercially minded In-House Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of fashion, apparel graphics, and emerging trends.
The role will support our Design teams by translating customer briefs and trend insights into original, innovative, and commercially relevant graphics, while bringing fresh ideas and creative newness to our collections.
At Spring, you’ll work across multiple customers and projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, creating graphics from initial concept through to production-ready artwork and final sample approval.

SPRING is a leading design and sourcing company operating across Turkey, Europe, and Africa. We supply world-class apparel, footwear, cosmetics, home, and general merchandise products to customers in the UK, Europe, and the US. Our headquarters are based in Istanbul, with a design office in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, trend-led, and commercially relevant graphics for apparel and textile products.
- Translate customer briefs, trend research, and market insights into innovative graphic concepts.
- Support customer presentations, mood boards, trend boards, and design packs.
- Create and develop licensed graphics for key customers, managing artwork through the relevant design and approval processes.
- Work closely with Designers to advise on graphic techniques, placements, and execution according to individual customer requirements.
- Follow Spring’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and artwork approval processes, ensuring graphics comply with copyright, trademark, and licensing requirements.
- Check the originality and permitted use of designs, slogans, imagery, and other creative assets.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and specifications for suppliers and factories.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
- Review samples and provide comments, artwork amendments, and technical guidance to achieve the required design outcome.
- Support sample development, including advising on print, embroidery, trims, techniques, and graphic placements.
- Work with and manage freelance graphic designers across multiple projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and deadlines are maintained.
- Maintain organized artwork files, design archives, and relevant graphic assets.
- Travel to Turkey when required to work closely with key factories and the Turkey team on the development and sourcing of trims, techniques, and graphic applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or textile industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is an advantage.
- Strong experience in creating apparel graphics, textile prints, and production-ready artwork.
- Good understanding of print, embroidery, trims, and garment decoration techniques.
- Strong understanding of colour, typography, composition, and layout.
- Experience with licensed graphics and related design approval processes is an advantage.
- Experience using AI design platforms and creative technologies, such as Midjourney, NewArc, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools, to support trend research, print development, visualization, and speed-to-market innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate production-ready artwork.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, freelancers, suppliers, and factories.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
