Role: Graphic Designer (digital and print marketing materials)

Sector: Building Materials / Construction Supplies Wholesaler

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid options available)

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) Mon – Fri Only

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a leading national company, with this role being based at their head office in Birmingham. This is a well-respected wholesaler of quality construction supply materials and the business is liked by both its customers and its staff alike.

To be completely clear, this role is designing digital and print marketing materials and does not involve the design of the products they actually sell. This means that we are looking for a commercially-minded and versatile person who knows what good and appealing marketing materials look like. You must have an eye for detail and strong design flair. This is a varied role and therefore you may have more than one project on the go at the same time. You should be able to demonstrate that multi-tasking is a skill you possess.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
