Salary: £26,000–£29,000 per year, depending on experience Hours: 35 hours per week / Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Location: Ditchling Common, HQ Working pattern: Optional hybrid working, subject to agreement – three days on site and two days working from home each week.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join Rockett St George.

Working closely with our marketing and photography teams, you’ll create engaging visuals that showcase our products and inspire our customers. From website banners and email campaigns to Pinterest content and digital advertising, your work will help shape how customers experience our brand.

If you enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching designs, have a strong portfolio and take pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating website banners, landing page assets and promotional graphics that look great across desktop and mobile.
  • Designing engaging, mobile-friendly email templates and newsletter graphics.
  • Producing Pinterest content that helps grow our audience and encourages visits to our website, alongside graphics for other social channels.
  • Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and digital advertising with fresh creative ideas.
  • Keeping our branding, typography and visual style consistent across digital channels.
  • Checking designs for accuracy, responding to feedback and managing your work to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Keeping creative files organised and using feedback and campaign results to improve future designs.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant digital graphic design experience, typically gained over one to three years, and a strong portfolio. If your experience has followed a different route, we’d still love to see what you can do.
  • Examples of website graphics, email visuals and social media or Pinterest designs.
  • Confidence using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • An understanding of Pinterest layouts, visual trends and best practice.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing, user experience and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and clear communication.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn and respond to feedback.

Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify, and an interest in interiors and homeware would be an advantage.
