Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Wednesday

Location: Chorley

Start date: ASAP

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Onyx PDA while one of our team heads off on maternity leave.

We’re a full-service marketing agency with a varied client portfolio, a supportive team and a culture we’re proud of. We care about the work we produce and the people producing it. You’ll have space to contribute ideas, colleagues to bounce them around with and plenty of opportunities to put your creativity to work. One day you could be creating a social campaign, the next animating a video or designing event materials. If you enjoy variety and getting stuck into different briefs, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be creating

You’ll cover the full spectrum of graphic design across our clients, including:

  • Social media graphics, carousels and digital advertising assets.
  • Animated videos, motion graphics and promotional content.
  • Edited videos using supplied footage, graphics, captions, music and audio.
  • Brochures, flyers, banners and event collateral.
  • Website graphics, email assets and presentations.
  • Campaign concepts that work across digital and print.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
