At Stonebridge

We empower over 1,400 mortgage advisers across the UK to grow their businesses and achieve their ambitions through world-class support, innovative technology and a genuinely collaborative culture. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and their ideas, creativity and enthusiasm help drive our success.

If you're a talented designer who loves bringing ideas to life, creating engaging visual content and seeing your work make a tangible impact across a business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for up to 14 months, on a hybrid working basis: 3 days per week in the office (Derby or Basildon) and 2 days working from home. This is a role where no two days are the same. From designing creative assets for marketing campaigns and customer communications to shaping the branding and experience of our annual conference attended by more than 500 delegates, you'll play a key role in how our brands are seen and experienced.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Network Marketing, you'll be responsible for delivering creative design solutions across multiple brands and marketing channels.

  • Working closely with colleagues throughout the business, you'll transform concepts and briefs into engaging visual content across digital, print, social media, events, presentation materials and video.
  • This is a hands-on role that combines creativity with organisation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • You'll become a trusted design specialist within the business, helping ensure all communications remain professional, consistent and visually impactful.

If you enjoy solving creative challenges, collaborating with others and producing work you're proud to put your name to, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Graphic design delivery - Create engaging assets across digital, print, email, social media, web, events and video channels.
  • Brand management - Ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across multiple Stonebridge brands.
  • Creative development - Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for campaigns, roadshows, conferences and other major business events.
  • Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Video production - Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Presentation design - Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations that are visually engaging, on-brand and fit for purpose.
  • Print production - Prepare artwork for print and ensure materials meet required specifications.
  • Asset management - Organise design files, templates and creative assets to support efficient team working.
  • Continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance creative processes, outputs and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
