Graphic Designer | Norwich
A well-established UK prize competition brand is entering an exciting period of growth following its acquisition by a major international digital lottery and entertainment group.
The business has built a strong presence in the UK, with a particular focus on performance and luxury cars, alongside cash, technology and other high-value prizes. As the brand continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to join their creative and content team in Norwich.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys creating commercial digital content across a variety of channels, from paid social campaigns and promotional artwork to website graphics, prize imagery and interactive game content.

The role
- Graphics for marketing campaigns and social media advertising
- Promotional artwork for new competitions
- Prize thumbnails covering cars, cash, technology and luxury products
- Visual themes and supporting assets for interactive games
- Editing and retouching car, property and product photography
- Adapting artwork for websites, email, social media and paid advertising
- Creating backgrounds, concepts and creative variations using AI tools where appropriate
- Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all brand artwork
You’ll work closely with the content, paid media, email and wider marketing teams, so this is a collaborative role with plenty of variety.
What they’re looking for
- Previous experience in a graphic design or digital design role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and digital design work
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- A good understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- An understanding of social media and digital advertising
