Graphic Designer

We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing hair care brand looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their team in London. This is a predominantly digital role spanning paid media, web, app, email and social, with some involvement across packaging, print and OOH.

Founded in 2016, the business has grown from a passion project into one of the UK's much-loved hair care brands. With lots of exciting things planned for 2027, this is an opportunity to join the business at an important stage of its growth and play a key role in shaping its next chapter.

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life across a range of digital channels, including paid media, web, app, email and organic social. You will work within the existing brand world while bringing your own creative instinct and perspective to each brief. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to packaging, print and OOH projects, alongside video editing, basic animation and photography retouching. You will work directly with the founders and Marketing & Creative teams, giving you strong visibility across the brand and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
