Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging designs that effectively communicate brand messages across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality marketing materials, branding assets, social media content, and promotional designs that align with business objectives. This role involves transforming ideas into compelling visual concepts while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent creative skills, and a passion for delivering impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print marketing materials.
  • Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Develop branding assets, including logos, icons, illustrations, and corporate identity materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to produce creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency and visual identity standards.
  • Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content.
  • Prepare design files for digital publication and print production.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Organize and maintain digital design assets and project files.
  • Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and technical specifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or other design and prototyping tools.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital design, print production, and file preparation standards.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with design trends and creative technologies.
