We have over 40 care homes with further acquisitions and openings already scheduled & we have a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join us at our Central Services based in Werrington, Peterborough. We create extraordinary care homes, so we’re looking for extraordinary people to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and provide graphic design support for delivery of planned marketing campaigns and company communications. You will act as a brand champion for brands within the Country Court group, ensuring all materials are produced in line with brand guidelines and support the appropriate brand values.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Work from marketing briefs, following project requirements and incorporating feedback to continually develop and improve designs.
- Create high-quality designs for both digital and print, including posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics and email campaigns.
- Create engaging and on-brand visuals and graphics for our website, ensuring content is visually appealing and consistent with our brand identity.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for digital and social media channels.
- Ensure all creative work follows our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Use Asana to manage design tasks, organise workload, track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage your own workload effectively, prioritising tasks across multiple projects.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and respond positively to feedback and changing priorities.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns and projects.
- Take ownership of projects from brief through to completion.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with the following skills:
- A BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or a related subject is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
- Experience or willingness to learn new platforms and content management systems, including WordPress and Mailchimp.
- Experience with CapCut or similar video-editing software.
- Experience using Asana, or a willingness to learn and use project-management software.
- A strong understanding of core graphic design principles, including typography, layout, colour and digital design standards.
- Experience creating graphics and visual content for websites and digital platforms.
- Ideally, around 2 years’ experience working in a graphic design role, although relevant experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and an innovative, creative approach to your work.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for design.
- The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
- Full Driving Licence and access to your own transport.
