GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Location: London or Lisbon
Work model: In-office
Experience: 5+ years
Language: Fluent English

ABOUT NOXUS

Noxus is building a new layer of AI for enterprise operations, helping companies transform complex workflows through intelligent agents and automation.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help define and evolve how Noxus looks, moves, and communicates across every customer-facing touchpoint.

This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who can move comfortably between brand, motion, video, marketing collateral, and product storytelling. You will work closely with founders, marketing, sales, product, and engineering to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

BRAND & VISUAL IDENTITY

  • Codify and evolve the Noxus visual system across typography, colour, grid, photography, illustration, iconography, and motion.
  • Maintain a high bar for brand consistency across all surfaces, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
  • Develop guidelines and reusable systems that allow the brand to scale without losing quality or consistency.

MOTION & VIDEO

  • Build a motion library that can be reused across product marketing, UI demonstrations, agent and workflow visualisations, and data visualisations.
  • Own the video pipeline across founder content, customer case studies, product demos, and event recaps.
  • Coordinate video production both in-house and with external production teams when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

VISUAL STORYTELLING & CONTENT

  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear and compelling visual artefacts.
  • Create platform diagrams, architecture explainers, use-case one-pagers, vertical reports, gated lead magnets, LinkedIn carousels, and data visualisations.
  • Turn technical and product concepts into visuals that are easy for enterprise audiences to understand.

SALES & MARKETING COLLATERAL

  • Build modular, reusable sales collateral including:
    • Sales and partner decks
    • Investor presentations
    • Case studies
    • Battle cards
    • RFP response templates
  • Create systems that allow AEs and other teams to produce high-quality materials without requiring a designer for every request.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistency across every customer-facing surface.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally within B2B, infrastructure, enterprise software, or technology companies.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong range across static design, motion, and video.
  • A clean, modern, typography-led aesthetic with restraint as a default.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong opinions about design craft, with the seniority and confidence to challenge decisions when necessary to protect the brand.
  • Experience designing for technical, IT, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise audiences is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in a creative or brand-led agency environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong AI fluency: you use AI tools as part of your daily creative workflow and have a clear perspective on where AI adds value — and where human craft matters more.
  • Comfortable working closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
