As we continue our international expansion and develop new concepts within our growing portfolio, we are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our Global Marketing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Global Design & Brand Lead, you will play a key role in delivering creative assets across EL&N London and our wider brand portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for digital, social media, print, packaging, and in-store marketing.
- Create marketing materials including menus, promotional collateral, campaigns, presentations, and branded communications.
- Support seasonal campaigns, new store openings, product launches, and brand activations.
- Prepare artwork for print production, packaging, large-format graphics, and supplier delivery.
- Retouch, resize, and optimise imagery to maintain high visual standards.
- Assist with website content updates and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal communications.

About You
- 4+ years proven experience in a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer role or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual design skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Experience creating both print and digital assets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality-checking skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Basic motion graphics or Adobe After Effects experience.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools and emerging design technologies.
- Experience preparing artwork for international markets.
