Position: Creative & Design Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows.
- Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria.
- Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage.
- Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work.
- Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome.
- Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly.
