Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer - Retail & Brand to join the growing creative team. This hybrid role can be based in both the UK or Dublin and will report to the Design Lead.
Accountabilities Include
Main Accountabilities
Retail Creative & Visual Merchandising
- Develop creative concepts for visual merchandising campaigns across stores and retail partners.
- Create engaging retail experiences for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and hero product moments.
- Translate brand campaigns into impactful in-store executions that deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Design retail communications including POS, signage, window graphics, display assets, and promotional materials.
- Adapt concepts and artwork across multiple retail formats, store footprints, and international markets.
- Ensure all retail creative aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a premium brand experience.

Retail Campaigns & Brand Experiences
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to develop customer-focused retail campaigns.
- Support the creative development of new product launches and retail activation moments.
- Create compelling customer journeys that encourage product discovery and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the brand experience across physical retail environments.
Design, Artwork & Production
- Produce production-ready artwork for retail POS, large-format print, signage, and display systems.
- Prepare accurate artwork files and technical specifications for suppliers and production partners.
- Manage artwork amends, adaptations, and rollouts across retail campaigns.
- Review proofs and production outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Work closely with suppliers and agencies to ensure designs are executed to a premium standard.
Visualisation & Concept Communication
- Create visual mock-ups, renders, and presentation materials to communicate retail concepts effectively.
- Use a combination of design, visualisation, and AI tools to bring ideas to life.
- Present creative concepts in a clear and compelling way to internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of retail design proposals through visual storytelling and concept presentation.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed on trends within beauty, retail, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help evolve the Sculpted by Aimee retail experience.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills across all projects.
Experience Needed
Key Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- 3-5+ years' experience in a design role within beauty and retail.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail campaigns, visual merchandising, POS design, and customer-facing brand experiences.
- Excellent graphic design skills with strong typography, layout, and brand application.
- Experience creating artwork for print, POS, signage, and large-format applications.
- Experience developing creative concepts from initial idea through to final execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation, and supplier management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Experience creating retail mock-ups, visualisations, or presentation renders.
- Knowledge of AI tools and creative technologies that support concept development and visualisation.
- Experience working within beauty or cosmetics retail.
- Experience designing window campaigns, display systems, or branded retail experiences.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar visualisation tools.
- Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies and suppliers.
Portfolio Requirements
Please ensure your portfolio includes examples of retail campaigns, visual merchandising concepts, POS design, print production, and customer-facing brand experiences.
We are particularly interested in seeing examples that demonstrate:
- Creative concept development.
- Retail launch campaigns.
- Visual merchandising projects.
- Production-ready artwork.
- Retail POS and print design.
- Mock-ups, visualisations, or concept presentations.
Where possible, please outline your individual contribution to each project and how the final work was executed in-store.
