Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in London. This mid-level role is ideal for an experienced designer who can independently develop high-quality visual content from initial concept through to final delivery.
The successful candidate will create engaging digital and print assets across marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, events, and corporate communications while ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Create brochures, advertisements, reports, presentations, infographics, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Translate complex information and technical concepts into clear and engaging visual communications.

Digital & Social Media Design
- Create visual content for social media platforms, digital advertising, email campaigns, and websites.
- Develop campaign graphics and digital assets in line with marketing objectives.
- Produce graphics in appropriate formats and specifications across different digital channels.
- Support the creation of website graphics, banners, and landing-page assets.

Brand Management
- Ensure all creative materials are consistent with company brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Support the development and evolution of company branding and creative standards.
- Maintain templates and brand assets for use across the organisation.
- Review materials to ensure visual consistency and quality.

Campaign & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with Copywriting and Marketing colleagues to develop integrated campaigns.
- Interpret creative briefs and provide ideas and recommendations on visual direction.
- Support product launches, events, presentations, and wider marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed timelines and priorities.

Creative Asset Management
- Maintain organised libraries of company images, templates, graphics, and creative assets.
- Prepare artwork and files for print and digital production.
- Liaise with external printers, suppliers, or creative partners when required.
- Ensure final creative materials meet technical and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines.

Desirable
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar digital design platforms.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Experience creating infographics and visualising technical information.
- Previous experience within a B2B, technology, SaaS, engineering, or innovation focused environment.
- Interest in AI, drones, emerging technology, and innovation.
