Graphic Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to create high-quality visual content across social media, advertising, digital marketing, and branded communications.
You’ll take projects from initial briefs and concepts through polished, production-ready artwork.
Your work will help communicate services clearly, strengthen brand identity, and create engaging experiences across multiple channels.
You’ll combine strong visual judgment with expertise in typography, composition, color, imagery, and digital design.
The role covers a broad range of formats, from social graphics and campaigns to website assets, presentations, brochures, and reusable templates.
You’ll work closely with a marketing team in a remote environment, balancing creative thinking with consistency, accuracy, and dependable delivery.
This is an ongoing opportunity for a designer who enjoys creating original work while responding thoughtfully to briefs, feedback, and evolving marketing needs.
Accountabilities
- Translate creative briefs, target audiences, and key messages into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Present design ideas and explain creative decisions in a clear and professional manner.
- Create social media graphics, multi-slide carousels, infographics, campaign artwork, and promotional materials.
- Develop digital advertising creatives and visual variations to support campaign testing and optimization.
- Produce banners, profile covers, YouTube thumbnails, Stories, Reels artwork, and other platform-specific assets.
- Design website and email graphics, presentation slides, flyers, brochures, icons, illustrations, and reusable branded templates as required.
- Apply typography, color, composition, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy to create distinctive and accessible designs.
- Edit and retouch photographs, combine imagery, and create vector graphics for a range of marketing applications.
- Follow brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh, original ideas to individual projects.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and placements, checking mobile readability, contrast, cropping, dimensions, and safe areas.
- Work accurately with approved copy and service information, ensuring visual materials communicate information clearly and professionally.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
- Deliver well-organized, editable source files alongside correctly sized final exports.
- Perform final quality checks for spelling, alignment, image quality, formatting, and appropriate licensing of visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team while taking ownership of visual design and production from concept through delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts and polished execution.
- Excellent skills in typography, layout, color theory, photo editing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Professional proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent industry-standard tools for image editing and vector design.
- Experience with Figma, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to create custom designs from a brief while maintaining brand consistency and adapting creatively to different audiences and channels.
- Strong understanding of digital design requirements and the ability to optimize artwork for multiple formats and platforms.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
- Dependable turnaround and the ability to manage multiple design requests while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable refining work based on stakeholder input.
- Experience working with B2B or professional-services brands is helpful.
- Additional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to independently perform the assigned work and maintain well-organized design files and production assets.
