About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a creative individual who is passionate about all aspects of design, whether print or digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will serve as a key contributor to our marketing initiatives, working closely with various departments to produce engaging materials that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate should be driven to think outside the box, generate innovative ideas, and execute designs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.   • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and promote the company's brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Create visually compelling marketing collateral including case studies, product fact sheets, presentations, and multimedia content.
  • Conduct bi-annual reviews of competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay informed about client, competitor, legal, technological, and social changes to keep design activities relevant and compliant.
  • Develop marketing materials that effectively attract and engage target customers.
  • Design engaging email campaigns, social media graphics, and advertising content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze web analytics and optimize email and social media strategies.
  • Serve as the central point for marketing design and delivery, ensuring cohesive and timely execution of projects.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite, email marketing tools, and social media platforms efficiently to produce high-quality content.
  • Organize and manage the weekly marketing request list, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Design internal communications, coordinate partnerships, and create materials for corporate events to enhance internal and external engagement.
