Graphic Designer

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B technology business as a Graphic Designer, working at the heart of its Marketing and Sales teams.

This is a hands-on creative role with plenty of variety, from campaigns and digital content through to high-profile presentations, sales collateral, events, and video. The business operates within a complex technology market, so you'll play an important role in turning technical and commercial messages into clear, polished creative that resonates with professional and enterprise audiences.

You'll be joining an ambitious team where people are trusted to take ownership of their work, move quickly, and deliver to a high standard.

The Role:

This role would suit a commercially minded Graphic Designer who enjoys taking a brief and turning it into high-quality creative without unnecessary layers or lengthy processes.

You'll support both Marketing and Sales, managing a varied flow of creative briefs and producing assets across multiple formats. There is a strong focus on presentations and commercial collateral alongside campaign creative, so you'll need to be equally comfortable creating an executive-level presentation as you are designing assets for social, email, web, or an event.

You'll also work with video content, editing and repurposing footage for campaigns, webinars, interviews, and social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality creative for campaigns across paid social, organic social, email, web, ABM, and other digital channels
  • Design polished presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and board or executive-level materials
  • Create sales collateral including case studies, reports, one-pagers, product diagrams, and customer assets
  • Develop and maintain practical PowerPoint templates and reusable creative assets
  • Produce creative for events including exhibition stands, signage, presentations, webinars, and supporting collateral
  • Create infographics, diagrams, and data visualizations that make complex technology topics easy to understand
  • Edit video content for social media, campaigns, webinars, interviews, events, and customer stories
  • Repurpose longer-form video into engaging short-form content
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and senior stakeholders to understand briefs and translate them into effective creative
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, balancing quick-turnaround requirements with consistently high-quality output
  • Maintain organized templates, source files, and reusable creative assets
  • Ensure creative remains consistent, professional, and appropriate for a B2B enterprise audience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
