About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of the current job market trends and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and identify new staffing opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and professional support.
