About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about all aspects of design, whether print or digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement innovative design solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from corporate communications to digital campaigns, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web analytics, and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in branding, multimedia content, and marketing collateral development is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and promote our brand identity across all design projects to ensure consistency and recognition.
  • Create engaging marketing collateral such as case studies, product fact sheets, presentations, and multimedia content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct bi-annual competitive analysis to monitor industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay informed about client feedback, competitor activities, legal regulations, technological advancements, and social changes to keep our design activities relevant and impactful.
  • Design compelling marketing materials tailored to attract and engage our target customers, including email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze web analytics and optimize email and social media strategies for better engagement.
  • Serve as the central point for all marketing design activities, ensuring cohesive and timely delivery of projects.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite, email marketing tools, and social media platforms efficiently to produce high-quality content.
  • Organize and manage the weekly marketing request list, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Design internal communications, coordinate partnership materials, and create content for corporate events to support internal and external branding initiatives.
