Company Description
HAOHAO DESIGN, also known within London’s creative community as DustyJam 果酱灰, is an independent brand and creative design studio based in central London, with over a decade of experience across branding, hospitality and lifestyle projects.
Branding is at the heart of what we do. Our work covers brand identity, visual systems, packaging, print, digital design and websites, with many projects extending from the initial brand concept through to physical spaces, marketing campaigns and ongoing brand management.
We have worked with a wide range of hospitality and food brands, including The Eight Restaurant, Yiqi Pan Asia, ONSU Bakery, DOZO and Singapulah. Our designers have the opportunity to work across different stages of a brand’s development and see their work translated into real-world applications.
Alongside our design practice, we provide integrated marketing support across social media, content creation, influencer collaborations and campaigns, allowing our creative team to understand not only how a brand looks, but also how it communicates and grows.
Role Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to join our London studio on a full-time basis.
This is an on-site position, working closely with our creative, marketing and project teams across a variety of live client projects.
The role focuses primarily on branding and visual communication, including developing creative concepts, visual identities, typography, packaging, menus, print materials, digital assets, websites and other brand applications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will be involved throughout the creative process — from researching references and developing initial concepts, through to refining visual directions and preparing final artwork for production.
As many of our clients are within the hospitality, food and lifestyle sectors, photography and video content are also an important part of this position. You will be expected to photograph products, food and restaurant environments, as well as create and edit engaging short-form product videos and social media content.
We are looking for someone who combines strong graphic design fundamentals with a good visual eye for photography and moving image — someone who can develop ideas from a brief rather than simply execute instructions.
