🎨 Senior Designer | £35,000–£40,000 | Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in)
Fancy a Senior Designer role where you get to think, create and influence, rather than simply take a brief and run with it?
We’re working with a major UK leisure, events and experiences business that’s growing its in-house Design Studio and looking for a talented designer to join the team.
This is a genuinely varied role, working across some great brands, venues, events and experiences.
🎯 The role
You’ll take projects from initial idea through to final delivery, creating:
- Campaign and brand creative
- Digital and social content
- Advertising and paid media
- Venue graphics and signage
- Print and customer-facing materials
- Presentations and corporate communications

You won’t just be expected to execute briefs. You’ll be encouraged to question, challenge and bring your own creative thinking to the work.
🙌 About you
You’ll ideally have around five years’ design experience, along with:
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and great execution
- Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Experience with Figma and digital design
- A strong understanding of brand, audience and marketing
- The confidence to take ownership of projects
- Confidence presenting and explaining your ideas
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
