About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance our clients' visibility and ranking on search engines. This position requires a strong understanding of current SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and analytics tools. The SEO Specialist will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing strategists to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing efforts. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with website optimization, keyword research, and content strategy development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with client branding and marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with web developers to implement necessary fixes.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns that integrate SEO with other channels like social media and PPC.
