If you are passionate about using your artistic skills for social impact and want the creative freedom to shape a growing brand, this is the perfect opportunity. As a Co-Lead, you will not only create but help define our visual identity.
What difference will you make?
Our graphic design work is hugely important in reaching the local community. Our email and social media campaigns are key drivers of engagement that set the tone for those looking to engage with WIILMA, both potential beneficiaries and supporters.
The use of visual design is particularly effective in reaching community members often at risk of isolation. Visually engaging those who may not be fluent in English, or physical poster campaigns reaching the digitally excluded.
All volunteers are also welcome to attend our events and join in our life-affirming events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
