About Mind Candy

Mind Candy, the BAFTA award-winning creator of Moshi Monsters, Moshi Kids, Petlandia and World of Warriors, is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

This is a highly visual, hands-on role focused on bringing our characters, worlds and brands to life across a broad range of physical and digital projects. You’ll work across merchandise, publishing, licensing, marketing, commercial materials and brand design, helping ensure everything we create feels considered, engaging and unmistakably Moshi.

You’ll work closely with our Design and Illustration teams, using our extensive library of characters, environments and artwork to create new graphic treatments and adapt our visual identity across different formats and audiences.

Projects could range from creating graphics and production artwork for our growing merchandise pipeline, through to designing publications such as Moshi art books, commercial and licensing presentations, marketing campaigns and other brand materials.

From time to time, there may also be opportunities to support visual asset production for Moshi Monsters, Moshi Kids and other digital products across the Mind Candy portfolio.

What you’ll do

  • Create strong, visually engaging graphic design across merchandise, publishing, marketing, licensing and commercial projects.
  • Work with existing characters, illustrations and brand assets to create layouts, compositions and graphic treatments.
  • Create graphics and production artwork for merchandise, consumer products, packaging and licensing projects.
  • Design and produce publications, including Moshi art books, from initial concepts through to final production-ready artwork.
  • Design commercial, licensing and partner presentations.
  • Create marketing, campaign and wider brand assets as required.
  • Prepare artwork accurately for print, manufacturing and digital production.
  • Work closely with illustrators, designers, marketing, commercial teams and external partners.
  • Take projects from an initial brief through exploration, feedback, refinement and final delivery.
  • Maintain organised, accurate and reusable production files.
  • Occasionally support visual asset production for Moshi games and apps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
