Job Description

What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in print files and experiential store executions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand’s in-store visual identity by developing engaging, on-brand designs for physical spaces, store displays, and printed materials. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, and production, to ensure the seamless execution of cohesive designs that enhance the customer experience in-store. Experience in digital design is a plus, as you may also contribute to digital assets that align with in-store experiences.

If you are passionate about creating compelling customer experiences through design, both in physical and digital environments, we want to hear from you.

How you’ll do it

  • Design and develop print-ready files for a wide range of applications, such as packaging, brochures, in-store signage, point-of-sale displays, and promotional materials.
  • Conceptualize and execute large-format graphics, store window displays, and environmental graphics that elevate the in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams to design experiential store activations, pop-up shops, and immersive installations that drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to develop fresh and innovative visual experiences.
  • Prepare print specifications and liaise with external vendors, print houses, and fabricators to ensure accurate production, quality control, and timely delivery of all printed materials.
  • Create prototypes, mock-ups, and design proofs for internal approval and feedback, ensuring designs meet both creative and technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in graphic design, retail environments, and experiential marketing, applying new techniques to enhance store experiences.
  • Contribute to digital design efforts, including creating assets for web, social media, or digital store displays, ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities balanced in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold the Company’s affirmative action plan and make good faith efforts to achieve affirmative action goals and timetables.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements of Belkin.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
