About The Bigger Brand
The Bigger Brand is a growing marketing agency working with ambitious businesses across the UK. We specialise in creating strong brands, high-performing marketing campaigns and digital content that people actually want to look at.
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us raise the standard of design across our client portfolio.
This is a predominantly remote role, but you must be based in the UK and able to attend our Manchester office twice a month for team meetings, creative sessions and the occasional debate over whether the design really needs another font.
The Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across multiple brands.
You’ll work closely with our social media managers, videographers, editors, paid advertising team and wider marketing team to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
We’re looking for someone who understands that good design is more than making something look pretty. You should understand branding, visual hierarchy, audience, messaging and how creative work contributes to the overall marketing strategy.
And yes, sometimes the brief might be:
“Can you just make it pop a bit more?”
We’ll trust you to figure out what that means.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics and campaign assets
- Create paid advertising creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
- Develop and maintain brand identities and visual guidelines
- Design brochures, flyers, posters and other print materials
- Create graphics and visual assets for websites and landing pages
- Design presentations, proposals and pitch materials
- Create social media carousel designs and branded content
- Work from creative briefs and turn ideas into polished concepts
- Maintain consistency across multiple client brands
- Collaborate with the wider creative and marketing team
- Manage several projects and deadlines at the same time
- Contribute ideas during creative sessions and campaign planning
- Make amendments based on internal and client feedback
- Occasionally rescue a design from someone who has discovered Canva for the first time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
