Studio AntiGravity is a Manchester-based brand experience and communications agency working across brand, digital, motion, campaigns, and real-world activations.
The studio partners with businesses, destinations, and organisations to design moments that capture attention and shape how people feel about a brand or place. Projects range from first-click digital interactions and launch events to animated stories, integrated campaigns, and immersive physical experiences.

Role Description
The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and design assets for brand identities, campaigns, digital platforms, motion projects, and real-world activations.
This is a full-time, hybrid role in the Manchester, UK (x2 days in office, 3 remote), involves collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and clients to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling designs.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Designing logos and brand systems
- Developing typography treatments
- Producing layouts for web and print
- Preparing artwork for production
The Graphic Designer will refine and iterate concepts based on feedback, maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
The role also includes:
- Staying current with design trends
- Contributing to creative brainstorming
- Supporting the development of pitch and presentation materials
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a studio, agency is preferred, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital work.
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual communication across digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating distinctive brand identities and visual systems that work across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and customise type to enhance readability and brand expression.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma or similar), and familiarity with motion or animation tools is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to work from concept to final artwork within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary
Approximately £28-£32k per annum dependent on experience.
