Did you see one of our viral campaigns, like findmohamedawife.com? Or maybe you know one of the 800,000 couples who met through Muzz? Whatever brought you here, now’s the perfect time to join a team on its way to becoming the first billion-dollar Muslim app.
We're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team and help bring Muzz's campaigns, content and brand to life across North America & Canada.
You'll work across a wide range of creative briefs and marketing channels, producing high-quality static and motion creative that is visually strong, on-brand and built to achieve a clear objective.
This is a great role for a designer who is early in their career but already has a strong eye for design, is excited to learn and wants the opportunity to work on a fast-moving global brand.
You'll work closely with the Creative Lead and wider Marketing team, taking briefs from concept through to production while learning how creative can influence brand, engagement and growth.
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative agency, brand, marketing team or consumer-facing business.
- A strong portfolio of graphic and motion design work demonstrating good visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, imagery and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable creating both static and motion creative for digital marketing channels.
- Experience adapting and resizing creative for different formats, platforms, audiences and markets.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across different types of creative.
- Comfortable working from creative briefs and translating campaign objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant design and motion tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around typography, layout, imagery, file preparation and technical specifications.
- A proactive approach to quality control, with the discipline to review your own work before submitting it.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and able to iterate quickly and positively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate progress, deadlines and blockers.
- Curious about design trends, new creative tools and emerging technologies, including AI.
- A genuine interest in understanding how design can improve campaign performance, engagement and audience response.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from more experienced creatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
