Job Description
The Graphic & Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across digital and print platforms to support marketing, branding, and educational delivery.
The role involves producing high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia assets that enhance the organisation’s online presence, learner engagement, and promotional activities. This aligns with modern organisations that combine creative design, digital marketing, and multimedia production to attract audiences and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design High-quality Visual Content Including
- Social media graphics
- Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners)
- Website visuals and UI elements
- Branding assets (logos, brand guidelines)
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with organisational goals and campaigns.
Multimedia Production
- Create and edit multimedia content such as:
- Promotional videos
- Training and educational content
- Motion graphics and animations
- Capture and edit photography and video content where required.
- Support digital storytelling through engaging visual narratives.

Digital & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support campaigns and learner engagement.
- Design content for websites, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Optimise visuals for different platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Contribute to improving user experience (UX) and visual communication.
Content Development
- Assist in developing multimedia learning materials for training programmes.
- Support online course delivery with interactive and visual elements.
- Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with learner needs.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain organised files and version control for all design assets.
Qualifications / Skills / Abilities
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
- Good understanding of digital design principles and branding.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience in education or training sector.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Figma).
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.
