The Role: Web / Graphic Designer (UX/UI)

We are in pursuit of a talented Web / Graphic Designer (UX/UI) who is not only skilled but also enthusiastic and inventive. You will become part of our vibrant Digital team, where you will harness your passion for web design, creativity and user experience. In joining our rapidly growing company, you will engage in creatively challenging projects right from the start, collaborating with our Digital Marketing and Website Development teams. Your keen design sense will be crucial in leading digital web design initiatives, crafting compelling assets, and creating content that connects with our audience on various digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Skilfully design mobile-first high-fidelity layouts to boost user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Spearhead the innovation and development of new website pages and features.
  • Generate and supervise the production of digital graphics in-house.
  • Organise and oversee the dissemination of graphic assets across all marketing channels.
  • Work in tandem with the digital marketing team to produce engaging content for newsletters, ads, and websites.
  • Ensure designs are effectively communicated and implemented in collaboration with the development team.
  • Tailor and optimise content for social and digital media, including image editing.
  • Cultivate and maintain a unified and innovative visual style for brand coherence.
  • Efficiently manage project schedules and prioritise tasks.

Your Skills

  • 3+ years of Web / Graphic Designer (UX/UI) experience.
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You have a meticulous approach and strive for design consistency, precision, and accuracy.
  • Experience or knowledge in web design for B2C websites.
  • Demonstrable graphic design experience, especially in a similar capacity.
  • A thorough understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital designs for multi-channel marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital design principles, including typography and colour theory.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and wireframe prototyping.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
  • Creativity, innovation, and the capacity to independently develop design solutions.
  • Animation and video production skills are a plus.
