Who we are looking for:

This isn't just another position parked at a desk punting out websites. We are looking for a creative based in Glasgow that brings their skills and ideas to enhance what we do. We need an individual who not only creates amazing creative visuals, but communicates directly with clients and colleagues to nail their brief and deliver exactly what they need. You will have full creative freedom, so you need the skills and the confidence to bring ideas from concept to reality.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong skills in Graphic and Web Design is absolutely vital. We will be looking for a portfolio showcasing digital and web-focused work.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creation of brand identity from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in Typography, knowing the best fonts around and creating assets that look fantastic and communicate concisely.
  • Advanced skills in web design tools and platforms such as Wix Studio, Wordpress and Shopify.
  • Understanding of web and UI/UX principles, responsive design and asset optimisation for different devices and platforms.
  • Running these projects will be on your shoulders, so the ability to manage timescales and communicate expected delivery dates with clients is key. You will have the freedom, and responsibility, to work directly with our clients.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Web Design or a related field.

Additional Skills and Experience

  • We would be looking to assist with our videography teams onsite to help acquire the perfect images and footage we need for the clients projects. We don't do stock visuals, so making sure our guys capture the right images and footage for the website will be at your direction.
  • A full UK driving license to visit clients and visit sites.
  • Experience of Motion Graphics
  • Assisting our video production crews in shooting footage and video editing.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating social media posts and writing copy for humans, not AI robot speak.
  • General Marketing Campaign experience desirable.
  • Experience in Paid Search would be highly desirable.

Salary:

  • We would be looking at a starting salary of £28,000 for the right candidate. For those with an advanced level of experience of 5+ years, or experience in paid search or marketing campaign experience, we would be looking at a salary range of £32,000 and upwards.
