What does the role look like?
The Graphics & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing engaging visual and digital content that promotes the Sentry Aerospares brand across our group companies in the UK, US and Canada.
This is a varied and hands-on role, combining graphic design, social media management, website administration, video production, communications and event support. You'll play a key role in shaping how our business is presented both internally and externally, helping to strengthen brand awareness, showcase company achievements and support recruitment, customer engagement and business growth.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments and locations, you'll create compelling content across a range of channels, including websites, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, exhibitions and corporate communications.
This is a part-time position based in our Watford office, working approximately 20-30 hours per week. We can offer flexibility around how these hours are worked, although the majority of time should fall within our core business hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to support exhibitions, events, content creation activities and business needs.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Creating engaging graphic design, marketing and promotional materials across digital and print channels
- Maintaining company websites, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and up to date
- Developing social media content and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement
- Producing and editing video content for marketing, recruitment, events and corporate communications
- Supporting exhibitions, trade shows and company events through the creation of promotional materials and content
- Capturing photography and videography content for use across multiple communication channels
- Supporting branding and communication initiatives across the UK, US and Canada
- Maintaining brand consistency and professional standards across all content and communications
- Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to improve digital engagement and reach
- Acting as a local point of contact for basic technology-related questions within the Watford office

Who You Are:
You're a creative and proactive individual who enjoys bringing ideas to life through high-quality visual and digital content. Whether you're designing graphics, creating social media campaigns, producing videos or updating website content, you take pride in delivering work that is both engaging and professionally presented.
You have a strong eye for design and branding, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and locations, you're equally happy designing a brochure, filming content at an event or helping a colleague with a technology-related query.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys variety, embraces new challenges and wants to make a visible impact within a growing international business.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a graphic design, marketing, communications or digital content role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms
- Experience managing website content through a Content Management System (CMS)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation
- Experience filming, editing and producing video content for digital channels
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Photography, videography or multimedia content creation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for branding and visual presentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- An interest in technology and digital tools
