Graphics Event Manager – Graphics Installation

This is Spiro, the brand experience agency for the NEW NOW™.

Are you an experienced Project Manager from an exhibitions, conference, graphics production background? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, stakeholder management and onsite delivery are critical to success?

Spiro are currently recruiting for a Graphics Event Manager to join our Operations team. This role will focus heavily on graphics production, print installation management and onsite delivery for major conference and event projects.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple moving parts under strict deadlines — someone who can confidently liaise between clients, internal departments, production teams and onsite suppliers to ensure flawless execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing event projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery
  • Acting as the key liaison between clients, internal departments and external suppliers
  • Managing graphics production schedules and working to strict print deadlines
  • Coordinating print suppliers, installation teams and onsite contractors
  • Overseeing the installation of printed media onsite
  • Monitoring project budgets and tracking costs throughout delivery
  • Working closely with design, technical design, logistics, production and account management teams
  • Managing workflows via Monday.com production boards and Adobe Workfront proofing software
  • Reviewing proofs, artwork specifications and installation details with exceptional attention to detail
  • Managing transport, logistics and installation schedules
  • Attending onsite builds, overseeing quality control and managing client expectations
  • Supporting last-minute project changes and problem-solving under pressure
  • Ensuring all produced items meet quality and brand standards
  • Monitoring timelines and escalating risks proactively to avoid delivery issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience within live events, graphics production or experiential projects
  • Strong understanding of print production, graphics installation and print substrates/materials
  • Experience managing event installations onsite
  • Confident using Monday.com or similar project management/workflow platforms
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing complex project trackers and budgets
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and cost impacts
  • Ability to read and understand technical and visual drawings
  • Experience using ERP, inventory or workflow management systems would be advantageous
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends where project schedules require
