We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Technician to join our Paint & Graphics team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Formula One environment, supporting the preparation, production, and application of high-quality graphics and decals for race car components.
Working to demanding deadlines, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, colour accuracy, and brand compliance across all graphic applications, both factory-based and trackside.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean carbon fibre and composite components prior to the application of graphics and livery.
- Produce, prepare, and finish high-specification graphics and decals using printers, cutters, laminators, and associated equipment.
- Monitor decal colours to ensure consistent colour matching throughout the season.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure all graphics meet brand standards and are free from defects.
- Support race team requirements by managing graphics stock replenishment and trackside requests.
- Book trackside requirements through the AEI booking system.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Paint & Graphics, Head of Brand Identity, Production, and Race Team personnel.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a graphics installer, ideally within a high-performance or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience applying vinyl graphics, wraps, and paint protection films to composite components.
- Strong knowledge of graphics production processes and finishing techniques.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Roland printers, cutters, and associated graphics software.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications relating to graphics requirements.
