Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Location: Lalbaug, Parel
Role Overview
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the project site. This role is critical in delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the brand positioning of a high-ticket luxury development.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend walk-in clients at site with a high level of professionalism
- Deliver a seamless and curated site visit experience for HNI/UHNI clients
- Coordinate closely with Sourcing and Closing teams for smooth client handover
- Maintain accurate client data, walk-in logs, and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure site readiness, sample flat presentation, and hospitality standards
- Assist in managing site events, broker meets, and client engagements
- Handle basic client queries and ensure timely resolution/escalation

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate / luxury retail / hospitality / front office roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-centric approach
- Experience in handling premium clientele preferred
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
