£45,268 to £49,818 per annum (Scale K) | Norwich

We have a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career by working within an award-winning project team who work to accelerate the delivery of strategic infrastructure across the full Greater Norwich area.

You will be working in a fast-paced project management environment, prioritising workloads to hit multiple deadlines and dealing with a wide range of people including senior members and officers.

You will lead the Infrastructure Investment Fund (IIF) call for projects and be the main point of contact for all projects accepted into the IIF. (IIF – a fund consisting of pooled Community Infrastructure Levy from each district partner). You will be responsible for the financial monitoring and reporting of the projects and work collaboratively, encouraging cross-organisational working practices.

The Greater Norwich Project Team works alongside Norfolk County Council’s Infrastructure and Development team. The team support the work directed by the Greater Norwich Growth Board (GNGB) which encompasses three district authorities: Broadland District Council, Norwich City Council, and South Norfolk Council who work in partnership with Norfolk County Council. We offer flexible hybrid working arrangements, but the team are required to meet in person multiple times each week across the partnership authority offices.
