(Part-time, Face-to-Face – Evenings and Sundays)
Salary: £27.33 to £30.24 per hour plus holiday pay
Location: Covent Garden, London
Start Date: 10th September
Hours: This is a part-time position. This role focuses on teaching face-to-face adult group classes on evenings and Sundays.

The role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced Greek teachers to join our Foreign Languages team. You’ll teach face-to-face adult group classes:
- Evenings: 18:30–20:30
- Additional opportunities: Sunday mornings 10:30–13:00
What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality, communicative Greek lessons to adult learners
- Plan engaging lessons aligned with IH syllabi
- Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards
- Complete attendance records and update SharePoint folder with a work done record.
Essential requirements
- Fluent or near-fluent proficiency in Greek
- Strong English communication skills
- Recognised teaching qualification in Greek
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching groups
- Bachelor’s degree
- Right to work in the UK and currently UK-based
Desirable
- Degree in Greek Language Education

Recruitment Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview, which includes:
- A short demo lesson
- A formal interview
This is a part-time, casual (zero-hours) role. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on business needs. You’ll be offered teaching assignments as they arise, and we’ll confirm the required hours for each assignment in advance.
