About the Role
Our green spaces, commons, and cemeteries are highly treasured by our residents. This is your chance to take guardianship of these much-loved facilities that are such an important part of Elmbridge life.
And what a team! You will be working with a determined and committed group, passionate about protecting and enhancing the green spaces, cemeteries, and commons in Elmbridge. They know the value of these spaces to our residents, especially our most vulnerable residents.
Working within the Green Spaces Team, you will undertake practical management and estate maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Practical Management and Maintenance:
- Minor maintenance and improvements work of a practical nature such as installation and repairs of fencing and posts, cleansing works, and installation and repair of outdoor furniture.
- Highly organized and skilled in prioritizing, reporting, and undertaking works in a systematic manner.
- Working alone and with a team.
- Innovation and creativity in the delivery of services.

About You
- An enthusiastic individual is sought for an immediate start.
- You have experience of the maintenance of green spaces and minor practical works.
- You will also have the ability to self-manage your workload with guidance, ensuring the residents of Elmbridge are best served at all times.
