Do you love plants and want to get paid to work around them every day? We have the job for you!

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and outgoing greenhouse associate to keep our greenhouse and retail areas looking their best! We need someone knowledgeable of plants (but will train the right candidate), offers exceptional customer service skills, and is excited to continually learn new things.

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Assist customers with plant selection, answer questions, and ensure they have an excellent shopping experience
  • Clean tables and counters as needed
  • Maintain Orchids and deadhead plants
  • Properly water plants and empty buckets of standing water at the end of the day
  • Return non-greenhouse merchandise to proper retail areas
  • Regularly restock all supplies and other items in the greenhouse
  • Order plants and supplies (i.e., fertilizer, etc.) for the greenhouse
  • Regularly sweep greenhouse floors, dust merchandise & shelves, and maintain a general tidy appearance
  • On Friday evening or Saturday morning, lightly treat plant leaves with Leaf Shine (not blooms or fuzzy leaves)
  • Unload plants upon delivery, label containers, and stock tables
  • Provide backup to the Register/Customer Service Counter as needed
