This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in supporting the implementation of neighbourhood health across Greenwich. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record of leadership, change management and innovation, and with significant experience of working across services for people of all ages.
The role will form part of a cross-system programme team, working alongside colleagues and workstream leads from across Health Greenwich Partnership organisations. The postholder will provide coherent programme oversight across these workstreams, ensuring effective coordination, management of interdependencies, and clear communication across the system. The role will be hosted by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and will be responsible to the Neighbourhood Health and Care Programme Senior Responsible Officers.
- Deliver significant transformation programmes and projects for Greenwich Integrated Neighbourhoods
- Manage the whole lifecycle of the neighbourhood programme, ensuring excellent governance throughout, including reporting on progress and managing risks and issues, escalating where necessary to SROs and boards
- Create and develop an overarching programme management framework and timelines for the completion of the identified work streams, ensuring these fit with the Integrator and organisational objectives.
