About the Role

We’re looking for creative designers to join our card team. If you’ve got a great eye for layout, pattern, illustration, and colour, plus solid technical skills and a love for detail, you’ll fit right in. We’re after someone adaptable, imaginative, and excited to bring their creative energy to the team.

Location

We’re based at Junction 41 in Wakefield, and there’s free parking. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.

Requirements

You’ll need previous experience as a greetings card designer for this role.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be creating commercial designs for our greetings card ranges. You’ll be developing original concepts from scratch alongside reformatting existing designs into fresh new layouts.

  • Preparing accurate, print-ready artwork files that meet production standards
  • Researching what’s out there and contributing ideas to help shape our future collections

  • Experience in designing greeting cards
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A versatile style and keen eye for typography, layout, illustration, and colour
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
