Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Grill Chef role based in Harrow. The Grill Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking grilled menu items to company standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Day-to-day tasks include managing the grill station, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and coordinating with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth service during peak hours. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, following food safety and hygiene regulations, and assisting with stock rotation and ingredient preparation. The Grill Chef also contributes to menu development ideas, supports training of junior team members, and works closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house staff to deliver an efficient and positive guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong grill cooking skills with experience in a busy restaurant or similar kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and safe kitchen practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time well, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills and the ability to cooperate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Attention to detail in food presentation, portion control, and consistency of dishes.
- Previous experience as a Grill Chef, Line Cook, or similar role; formal culinary training is an advantage but not required.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and the ability to commute reliably to Harrow.
