About The Role
We're looking for a talented Grill Chef (Chef de Partie) to support the kitchen team of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues — Solis Kingly Street! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, open hire and Grill background looking to take the next step in their career.

- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
- Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
- Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
- Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations

We'd Love To Hear From You If You
- Bring 2+ years of experience as a Grill Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment (advantageous)
- Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
- Bring a positive can do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop
- Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
- Are ready to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to Arcade!
