Barista – Grindsmith Manchester Airport

At Grindsmith, coffee is craft, and you are the one who brings it to life. As a Barista, you’ll deliver warm, authentic service and high-quality coffee in one of the UK’s busiest environments. With a focus on connection, consistency, and care, you’ll help make every journey memorable.

We are looking for an experienced barista who can work any time during the following shift times:

  • 0200am-1530pm: Sat /Sun

Please check you can get to and from the airport during those times as public transport is liable to change - we do provide free onsite car parking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing high-quality drinks with skill, pride, and attention to detail
  • Creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for every customer
  • Taking orders confidently, serving food and drink with a personal touch
  • Supporting service flow and keeping the bar area clean and well organised
  • Being a dependable team member, communicating clearly during busy periods

Airport Vetting Requirements

Due to the location of this role airside at Manchester Airport, all candidates must pass aviation security clearance. This includes:

  • A valid passport
  • A complete 5-year history (employment, education, travel, or volunteering)
  • A criminal record check (DBS)
