Role Summary
This role reports to the GRM Enterprise & Operational Risk Manager and is responsible for delivering enterprise and operational risk management expertise across CG's core business functions, supporting both proactive and reactive risk management efforts.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
Risk Management Execution:
- Support risk-focused discussions with business areas to identify and document key risks and controls.
- Contribute to the advancement and continual evolution of the Enterprise-wide risk management framework in response to business and regulatory change.
- Take an active role in maintaining the Europe and Asia risk management framework, including Regional Risk Registers, Key Risk Indicator collation and reporting, and Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
- Support the internal operational event response process, enabling prompt identification and resolution. Partner with relevant business areas to complete event reports, document control gaps and enhancements, and support periodic event reporting to relevant forums.
- Support the preparation of regular risk reports for executive management, governance committees and other stakeholders, covering operational events and broader risk management activities.
- Help respond to external information requests (RFI/RFP) from existing or prospective clients and other financial intermediaries.
- Manage and maintain risk-related inventories, data and reporting within the Enterprise-wide risk management system.
- Support discrete risk management activities and special projects across Europe, Asia and globally as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Working knowledge of risk management practices and their application to the asset management business.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including with larger groups and senior leaders.

- Effective collaboration skills across regional and global team members.
