Why we are here

Tony's Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Waitrose, Ben & Jerry's, Huel and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.

What you will do

We are looking for a Grocery Executive to join our fast-growing UK Sales team. Tony's is the fastest-growing brand in UK grocery, and we need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, support our biggest accounts, and take ownership of their own. This is an entry-level sales role with real responsibility: you will directly manage key retail accounts, while providing hands-on support to the wider Grocery team across some of the UK's biggest retailers. If you love data, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that is changing the chocolate industry from the inside, this role is for you.

All wrapped up

  • Manage accounts: Own the relationship with Ocado and Booths end-to-end, from agreeing joint business plans to selling in new products and delivering against net sales targets.
  • Support the team: Provide internal and external admin support to National Account Managers across key retailers including Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Tesco.
  • Track performance: Download and manage weekly EPOS data, own the Grocery promo tracker, share insights with the wider business to keep everyone informed and produce weekly NPD trackers to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Manage invoicing: Review and approve invoices on our internal systems, sense-checking volumes and ensuring accuracy across all grocery customers.
  • Visit stores: Get out into stores to track competitor activity, monitor execution, and report back key insights and opportunities to the team.
  • Execute trade marketing: Bridge sales and marketing by ensuring in-store activations and artwork deadlines are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Support external meetings: Organise buyer boxes, personalised bars, and head office samplings to drive engagement with retail partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our new flavour:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, account executive, or category executive role, ideally within FMCG or grocery retail. You understand the pace and rhythm of working with UK grocery retailers.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills: you are confident manipulating data, building trackers, and pulling insights from numbers. This is a big part of the role.
  • Sharp attention to detail: whether it is an invoice, a customer form, or a promotional deadline, accuracy matters and you take pride in getting it right.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how products get from factory to shelf, and what drives sales performance across different retail channels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities: you will support several accounts simultaneously and need to manage your workload proactively, including pushing back when needed.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and confident in your interactions with internal teams and external retail partners.
  • A team player who is willing to get stuck in: no task is too small when the team needs support, and you bring energy and a positive attitude every day.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for building presentations and supporting internal stakeholder meetings.

We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we prefer you in our Richmond office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
