Grocery National Account Manager - BCorp

London

Hybrid working 2 days in London

£60,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Equity + Outstanding Benefits

Help build one of the UK's most exciting challenger brands.

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger consumer brands that's completely reinventing an industry dominated by global giants. In just a few years they've disrupted a stagnant category, served millions of customers and are now accelerating their retail expansion across the UK's biggest grocery and specialist customers.

This isn't a business where you'll inherit a comfortable account plan.

This is where you'll help shape the future of a category.

The Opportunity

As Grocery National Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of major grocery customers and become a key part of the commercial leadership team responsible for delivering the next phase of retail growth.

You'll build genuine partnerships with customers, identify new commercial opportunities and work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure brilliant execution every single day.

This is a business where ideas move quickly.

Where you'll have a voice.

Where you'll influence strategy rather than simply deliver it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
