Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

This is an amazing opportunity for a NAE/CDE or JNAM with P&L experience to step into eCommerce and gain the most in demand skill-set in the highest growth channel. The role will have overall responsibility for managing a key growth customer in eCommerce, and shaping and executing the e-commerce strategy across Grocery.com accounts and working cross functionally with the individual account teams. They will play a key role in upskilling Twinings business in eCommerce and driving our 5 Year Strategy alongside the CBM. They will also support on Grocery Now – exploring new customer opportunities and managing existing relationships.

The person must have a natural passion and desire for the eCommerce channel and prior to this role they will have had previous customer facing experience in either online, sales, category or shopper marketing. Experience in a digital capacity would be beneficial but not essential, as the individual should be able to bring a fresh perspective and shape this role to deliver maximum value. As the online space is constantly evolving, this person will be able to adapt in role and embrace any future online opportunities that may arise
